María Margarita (Marita) Couto. Nació en Buenos Aires en 1954. Vive en Salta desde 1981. Estudió las carreras de Profesorado para la Enseñanza primaria, Técnico en Comunicaciones Sociales y Locutora nacional (Matrícula 4918). Ideó y condujo “Educación al día” de lunes a viernes de 18 a 19 hs. en Radio Nacional y luego dirigió durante 14 años la Radio de la Universidad Nacional de Salta. Obtuvo su Licenciatura en Ciencias Sociales. Se jubiló en 2013.- Fue corresponsal del Foro Argentino de Radios Comunitarias (Farco), miembro de Comisión directiva de la Asociación de Radios Universitarias de Argentina (ARUNA). Coordinó en sus orígenes y durante 8 años la carrera de Ciencias de la Comunicación en el Penal de Villa Las Rosas
